ADDITIONS

Building an addition is a great way to add substantial value and increased functionality to your home. Thorough research, planning, and design are crucial to a successful project. It goes without saying that incorporating the right features into your home is imperative, but the most important step to completing the right project is the planning stage.

We spend as much time as it takes in the design phase of any project to ensure that all of our customers needs are met and that the construction process goes as smoothly as possible. We also understand that the more time taken in this step of the project, the better the outcome. Cape Dreams Building and Designs works with many prominent architects. Please see our list of recommended designers. We strongly recommend architects and designers who can incorporate your ideas along with key design concepts which will provide designs that are not only aesthetically beautiful, but also functional.
