Current Projects

This is a master bedroom suite with living room addition in Eastham that we started in October. Peter McDonald designed the addition to flow effortlessly with the existing house. The existing kitchen and bathrooms are also being completed renovated.

This is a rather complex project designed by the Architect Stephen Hayes that involves lifting the existing house, demolishing the existing block foundation, pouring a new foundation and building an addition.

This is a sunroom/living room addition we are building in Cotuit. Ryder and Wylcox designed the new space to work well with the existing house and allow for an extended kitchen. We are also building a walk-out basement entrance allowing easy access.
