Current Projects

This is an addition designed by Joy Cuming of Aline Architecture. The kitchen is being transformed into a bright and spacious room and the living room is being enlarged as well.

This is a rather complex project designed by the Architect Stephen Hayes that involves lifting the existing house, demolishing the existing block foundation, pouring a new foundation and building an addition.

This is a sunroom/living room addition we are building in Cotuit. Ryder and Wylcox designed the new space to work well with the existing house and allow for an extended kitchen. We are also building a walk-out basement entrance allowing easy access.

This is a home in Orleans that we are in the process of renovating. New Andersen windows, Koma Trim, Therma-Tru exterior doors, white cedar shingles, and an architectural shingle roof are included in the exterior renovations. New interior doors, casings, baseboards, kitchen cabinets and refinished floors are planned for the interior.
