Breezeway - Chatham, MA

We rebuilt the structure, sprayed linex on top of the new roof deck, and reshingled the adjacent red cedar roof. Then, we enclosed the open breezeway below and installed Marvin windows and doors. The exterior trim is Koma and the railing system on the roof deck is Trademark.
